Podcast Production

In addition to teaching and research, I have been heavily involved in 3620, a podcast produced by the graduate students at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. Podcasts provide a unique means through to explore issues of culture and communication; in these short audio documentaries, I focus on grassroots organizing and protest, on structural forces and political action, and on subcultures.

As Editor.

Beyond 3620, I have also worked as a freelance podcast editor for several research institutes at Penn, including:

Data Remediations, a podcast from the Penn Program in Environmental Humanities; Media @ Risk, a podcast from the Center for Media at Risk at Penn; and Philanthropy Unfiltered, a podcast from the Center for High Impact Philanthropy at Penn.
